Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be extended.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through our shipping carrier's website.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Items must not be personalized or custom-made
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Items that have been damaged by the customer
• Pre-order deposits (see Pre-Order Terms)

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@forgeandhonor.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
