1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Forge & Honor website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Orders

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

• Product Descriptions: We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and details may vary slightly due to photography and monitor differences.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping and handling unless otherwise stated.
• Limited Editions: Many of our products are limited edition. Once sold out, they may not be restocked.

3. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are per product. Some items are not yet in production; we use pre-orders to gauge interest. The following terms apply:

• A deposit (e.g. 50%) is required at the time of pre-order
• Each pre-order run has a minimum goal and a countdown deadline
• If the minimum number of pre-orders is not met by the deadline, all deposits for that product are refunded in full.
• If the goal is met, we produce the run and the remaining balance is due before shipping
• If the balance is not paid within 14 days of notification, the order may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited

4. Payment

We accept major credit cards and process all payments securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full amount of your order.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Forge & Honor and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
• Submit false or misleading information
• Purchase products for resale without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge & Honor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
